Integrations

Configure webhooks to send real-time notifications to external systems when events occur in VoiCase:

• New report received — trigger an alert in your SIEM, Slack channel, or ticketing system
• Case status change — keep external dashboards synchronized with case progress
• SLA warning — forward escalation notices to external notification systems

Webhooks are configured under Settings → Integrations → Webhooks. Each webhook requires a target URL and can be filtered by event type.

VoiCase is building a REST API for enterprise integrations. Planned capabilities include:

• Retrieve case data for integration with BI tools or data warehouses
• Create reports programmatically from external systems
• Manage users and permissions via API for automated provisioning

API access is currently in development and will be available on Enterprise plans. Contact your account manager to register for early access.
