Anonymous Reporting
Anonymous reporting is the foundation of an effective speak-up culture. VoiCase provides multiple reporting channel types designed to maximize accessibility while preserving anonymity.
Channel Types
- Web Portal — a branded, company-specific URL where employees can submit reports through a guided form. Supports file attachments, category selection, and optional contact information.
- QR Code — generates scannable codes that link directly to the reporting form. Ideal for physical workplaces (factories, hospitals, retail locations) where employees may not have corporate email access.
- Direct Link — a shareable URL that can be embedded in internal communications, intranet pages, or employee handbooks.
Multi-Language Support
VoiCase supports 10+ languages for reporting channels. To configure language options:
- Navigate to Channels → select your channel → Language Settings
- Enable the languages relevant to your workforce
- The reporting form will automatically display in the reporter's browser language, with a manual language selector available
All report content is stored in its original language with optional AI-assisted translation available to investigators.
Anonymity Controls
VoiCase provides multiple anonymity levels:
- Fully anonymous — no identifying information is collected. The reporter receives a unique case code to check for follow-up questions and status updates.
- Confidential — the reporter provides their identity, but it is visible only to designated compliance officers and not shared with the subject of the report.
- Identified — the reporter's identity is visible to all assigned investigators.
Organizations can configure which anonymity levels are available per channel and per report category.
