Getting Started

Welcome to VoiCase. This guide walks you through the initial setup process so your organization can start receiving and managing reports within hours.

Platform Overview

VoiCase is an AI-powered case management and whistleblowing platform designed for compliance teams, HR departments, and legal offices. The platform provides:

  • Anonymous reporting channels — secure, multi-language channels employees can use to submit concerns without identifying themselves
  • Case management hub — a centralized dashboard for tracking, investigating, and resolving reports
  • AI-powered triage — automatic categorization, risk scoring, and routing of incoming reports
  • Analytics and compliance reporting — real-time insights into report volumes, resolution times, and organizational risk patterns
  • Audit trail — complete, immutable documentation of every action taken on every case

Initial Setup Steps

  1. Configure your organization profile — set your company name, logo, and operating jurisdictions in Settings → Organization
  2. Set up reporting channels — create branded web portals and QR code entry points for your employees under Channels → New Channel
  3. Add team members — invite investigators, compliance officers, and administrators under Team → Invite Members
  4. Configure case categories — customize the case taxonomy to match your organization's reporting categories under Settings → Categories
  5. Set SLA rules — define escalation timelines and deadline tracking under Settings → SLA
  6. Test the reporting flow — submit a test report through your new channel and verify it appears in the Case Hub
