AI Features

VoiCase uses AI to augment — not replace — human judgment in case management. Every AI-generated recommendation is transparent and overridable by investigators.

AI Triage

When a new report arrives, VoiCase's AI automatically:

  • Categorizes the report based on content analysis (e.g., harassment, fraud, data breach)
  • Scores severity on a 1-5 scale based on indicators in the report text
  • Suggests routing to the most appropriate investigator or team
  • Flags urgency indicators — keywords or patterns suggesting immediate risk (safety threats, ongoing fraud, retaliation indicators)

All AI categorizations are presented as suggestions that investigators confirm or override. Override patterns are used to improve the model over time.

Semantic Search

Unlike keyword-based search, VoiCase's semantic search understands the meaning behind your query:

  • Search across all cases using natural language (e.g., "harassment complaints from the Berlin office involving managers")
  • Find related cases even when different terminology is used
  • Surface relevant precedents when investigating a new case

Semantic search respects all access controls — investigators only see results from cases they are authorized to access.

Anomaly Detection

VoiCase monitors reporting patterns to detect anomalies that may indicate organizational risk:

  • Volume spikes — sudden increases in reporting from a specific location or category
  • Silence signals — locations or teams that produce zero reports over extended periods (potentially indicating a suppressed reporting culture)
  • Pattern clustering — multiple unrelated reports that share common subjects, locations, or themes

Anomalies are surfaced in the Analytics Dashboard with confidence scores and contextual explanation.
