The Analytics Dashboard provides real-time visibility into your organization's case management performance, compliance health, and risk patterns.
Key Metrics
- Report volume — total reports received over time, segmented by channel, category, and location
- Resolution time — average time from report submission to case closure, tracked against your SLA targets
- Open case count — current active cases by stage, severity, and age
- SLA compliance — percentage of cases meeting statutory and internal deadlines
- Channel utilization — which reporting channels are being used most, and by which employee populations
Trend Detection
VoiCase's analytics identify patterns that may not be visible at the individual case level:
