Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Voicase platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Voicase is operated by Hance Consulting FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Voicase"). All agreements are entered into with Hance Consulting FZE.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Voicase whistleblowing and case management software.
- "Customer Data" means any data, content, text, audio, or attachments uploaded by the Customer.
- "Subscription" means a paid plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
- "Enterprise Customer" means a Customer subscribed to the Enterprise plan.
3. Description of Service
Voicase is an all-in-one whistleblowing and case management platform designed for organizations to securely receive, manage, investigate, and resolve internal reports and cases.
The Service is offered mainly on a B2B basis and is not intended for personal or consumer use.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
- Users must be authorized representatives of the subscribing organization.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Any activity conducted through the Customer's account is the Customer's responsibility.
5. Subscription Plans & Fees
5.1 Plans
Voicase offers Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans. Features and pricing vary by plan.
5.2 Fees
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as agreed.
- One-time setup or implementation fees may apply.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Payment
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to access systems without authorization
- Reverse engineer or copy the Platform
Voicase does not permit use of the platform for processing special category or sensitive personal data, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Customer Data & Data Retention
7.1 Ownership
All Customer Data remains the property of the Customer.
7.2 Use of Data
Voicase processes Customer Data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with applicable laws.
7.3 Retention & Deletion
- Data retention is governed by the Customer contract.
- Upon termination or expiration, Customer Data will be retained for 30 days.
- After 30 days, all Customer Data will be permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
8. Security
Voicase implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data.
9. Support & Service Levels
- Voicase provides reasonable commercial support via email.
- Enhanced support options are available for Enterprise Customers.
- No guaranteed response or resolution times are provided unless agreed in writing.
- Voicase aims to respond within three (3) working days.
10. API Access
- API access is Enterprise-only.
- API use may be subject to additional terms and technical limits.
- Voicase reserves the right to modify or discontinue APIs.
11. Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Platform remain with Voicase / Hance Consulting.
- Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription term.
- No ownership rights are transferred.
12. Branding & Publicity
Voicase may reference Customer's name and logo for marketing purposes unless Customer objects in writing.
13. Term & Termination
13.1 Term
These Terms apply for the duration of the active subscription.
13.2 Termination
Voicase may suspend or terminate access if:
- Fees are unpaid
- These Terms are breached
- Required by law
Upon termination, access will cease immediately.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Voicase makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Voicase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months under any condition.
16. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Voicase and Hance Consulting against claims arising from:
- Misuse of the Service
- Violation of laws
- Breach of these Terms
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
Voicase may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Force Majeure
Voicase shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
20. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed under or in connection with this agreement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
21. Data Processing
Where required by applicable law, the parties shall enter into a Data Processing Addendum governing the processing of personal data by Voicase on behalf of the Customer. The current Data Processing Addendum is available at /legal/data-processing.
22. Service Suspension for Security or Abuse
Voicase reserves the right to suspend access to the Service immediately, with or without prior notice, where Voicase reasonably determines that continued access presents a security risk, risk of harm to Voicase's infrastructure or other customers, or constitutes abuse of the platform.
