1. Our Commitment
VoiCase is committed to operating with integrity, professionalism, and respect for applicable laws.
This Code of Conduct reflects the standards we strive to uphold in delivering our whistleblowing and case management platform.
This Code does not create contractual obligations and may be updated from time to time.
2. Compliance with Laws
VoiCase operates in accordance with:
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL)
- Applicable UAE data protection and commercial laws
We expect our personnel and partners to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements relevant to their roles.
3. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Due to the sensitive nature of whistleblowing reports:
- Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel.
- Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are maintained.
- Client data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
- We do not sell client data.
- Clients remain responsible for determining the lawful basis for data submitted through the platform.
4. Ethical Use of Technology
VoiCase uses secure cloud infrastructure and may apply automated tools to assist in categorizing and organizing reports.
Automated tools:
- Support internal processing functions
- Do not replace human decision-making
- Do not independently produce legal or employment decisions
All investigative decisions remain the responsibility of the client organization.
5. Anti-Bribery and Fair Business Practices
VoiCase maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, or improper influence.
We are committed to:

We do not knowingly make misleading claims regarding certifications, compliance status, or technical capabilities.
